Failure to do so may result in a service delay or additional fees.

6. Service Fees and Payment

You agree to pay the fees specified for each service at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Order Cancellation and Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order before the scheduled pickup time. If you cancel after the items have been picked up, you may still be charged the full service fee. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

8. Laundry Care and Damages

We will take reasonable care when handling your laundry, but we are not liable for:

• Items that may shrink, bleed, or otherwise become damaged during the cleaning process due to pre-existing conditions.
• Items left in pockets that may cause damage to laundry (e.g., pens, coins, etc.).
• Any lost or damaged items due to third-party delivery services.

If you believe your items have been lost or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the cleaned items. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Customer Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.
